For Sale: Granutech/Saturn Grizzly

      URC currently has for sale a very nice low hour Granutech/ Saturn Model M-80 Grizzly system.  This system would work very well to take 3”- 4” size primary tire pieces down to ¾” minus size rubber mulch.  This machine will also liberate around 75 – 80% of the wire from these tires pieces while performing this function at a rate of 7,000-9,000 lbs. per hour consistently.  We are asking $475,000 for this system.  See detailed list of equipment that makes up this complete system.  Also see below the “top view” drawing of Granutech/Saturn Model M-80 Grizzly System.

For Sale: Rotex Double Deck Screener Sizing System

     We also have a Rotex Double Deck screen sizing system that would allow you to make sellable rubber mulch from the rubber product produced by the above listed M-80 Grizzly system.  With the current screens this will produce sizes (+) over 1/2″, 1/2″ – 1/4″, and  1/4″ minus.   We currently have all these items in inventory.  We are asking $200,000 for this sizing system. For Sale: Action Equipment Clean Wire System (SOLD)

     We also currently have available for sale a very low hour Action Equipment Company Mag-Sort Metal Re-Claimer (Free wire re-claimer system).  This system was purchased new in 2005 and was only used to do a pilot test-run.  This unit is one of the best wire removal systems for separating tire wire from rubber.  We are offering this system for only $139,000 which is less than 50% of what the unit sold for new.   See “side view” drawing of this system when it is set up in operating mode.
