The Granutech M80 is the premier system for taking a 2 to 3 inch tire chip down to ¾ to 1 ¼ inch chips, depending on the size screen you have in the machine.  The Grizzly is powered by a 300 hp electric motor, and can produce about 4 ton per hour of 1 inch chip.  This is a complete system that went through our shop a few years back, it’s been well cared for.  The system includes a surge bin, infeed conveyor, the Grizzly with motor and electric panel, vibratory discharge conveyor, crossbelt magnet and discharge conveyor.  A full air system including dust collector, airlock, blower and ductwork also comes with the system.

The owner has kept up with maintenance on the system, and is currently working on the rotor to make sure the machine is in great operating condition.  This system is ready to go to work.
