Currently our company Unlimited Resources Corporation (URC) has all the major equipment needed in inventory to build a Scrap Tire Recycling plant that would process whole Semi-Truck and passenger tires down to rubber mulch size material.  Actually we have several different brands, sizes, and model shredders in inventory presently that we could set up to do either primary shredding or to make a sized rubber chip to meet your customer’s need.  We also have several different brands, sizes and model secondary grinders that would take the 2”-3” size TDF down to ¾” rubber mulch.  Below is just a partial list of what we have available in the way of Tire Shear Shredders here in our inventory.  Also a list of what we currently have available in the way of secondary grinders in our inventory. Shear Shredders: These below listed shredders will do the primary shredding of many different types of materials. 

1. Raptor Model R163 Shear Shredder: This Shredder is currently set up as a system and comes complete with a Custom Built In-Feed Conveyor, the 300 H.P. Model R 163 Raptor Shredder, a 4’ wide X 30’ long Action Screen Classifier with 2” size opening screens, a Custom Built Recirculating Conveyor, and a Custom Built Sized Material Out-Feed Conveyor. The system comes complete with all the stands, hoppers, conveyor legs, and electrical to make this into a good operating system. This is a very high production system and could be shipped immediately from stock.
2. Granutech/Saturn Model 62 X 40HT Shear Shredder: This Shredder is currently set up as a system and comes complete with a Custom Built In-Feed Conveyor, the 300 H.P. Model 62 X 40HT Granutech/Saturn Shredder, a Custom Built Shredder Out-Feed Conveyor, a 5’ Wide X 10’ Long Custom Built Disc Screen Classifier with 2” openings, a Custom Built Short Recirculating Conveyor, a Custom Built Long Recirculating Conveyor, and a Custom Built Sized Material Out-Feed Conveyor. The system comes complete with all the stands, hoppers, conveyor legs, and electrical to make this into a good operating system. This would be the ideal system for anyone just getting into the business and could be shipped immediately from stock.
3. SSI Model 3200E Shear Shredder: This Shredder is currently set up as a system and comes complete with a Custom Built In-feed Conveyor, the 300 H.P. Model 3200E SSI Shredder, a 4’ wide X 30’ long Action Screen Classifier with 2” size opening screens, a Custom Built Recirculating Conveyor, and a Custom Built Sized Material Out-Feed Conveyor. The system comes complete with all the stands, hoppers, conveyor legs, and electrical to make this into a good operating system. This is also a great system for anyone just getting into the business and could be ready to ship in around 3-4 weeks from stock.
4. SSI Model 3200E Shear Shredder: This Shredder is currently being set up as a primary shredder with just a new Custom Built In-Feed Conveyor and new Custom Built Out-feed Conveyor. This is a 300 H.P. Shredder and would work great for the shredding of many different kinds of materials such as Tires, Wood Waste, Light Gauge Metals, White Goods, Fiber Glass, Plastics, Drums, E Waste, and many other items. This Shredder will come with all the stands, hoppers, conveyor legs, and electrical to make it into a good useable shredding system.  We could have this shredder ready to ship in 5-6 weeks from stock.
5. Granutech/Saturn Model 62 x40 Shear Shredder: This Shredder is currently set up as a primary shredder and would work well for the shredding of plastic, wood waste, and many other types of materials. This Shredder comes complete with stand, hopper and electrical control panel to make this machine function. Note: this is a low torque shredder and wouldn’t work well in the shredding of Tires or anything that is tuff in the way of shredding.
   

Secondary Grinders: These Grinders will do the secondary grinding of many different types of materials and especially work well in the Scrap Tire Recycling Industry. 

1. Granutech/Saturn Model M80 Grizzly: This is being offered as a complete system that has the following equipment to allow you to incorporate this package of equipment into an existing plant to take the 2-3” tire chips down to ¾” size rubber mulch and be able to remove the majority of the steel. Items that make up this system are 7’ X 14’ Custom Built Surge/ Storage Bin with drag chain conveyor in the bottom, Custom Built In-Feed Conveyor, Model M80 Granutech/Saturn Grizzly 300 H.P., Vibratory Out-Feed Conveyor, Cross-Belt/Self Cleaning Magnet, Stainless Steel Screw Auger Conveyor, Custom Built Out-Feed Conveyor, 60 H.P. Blower and Donaldson Dust Collection System, and electrical control panel to operate this whole system.  Ready to ship within two weeks!
2. Granutech/Saturn Model M50 Grizzly: This is being offered as a complete system that will have the following equipment to allow you to incorporate this into your current system without much trouble.  This system contains the following pieces of equipment.  A Custom Built Surge/Storage Bin with drag chain conveyor in the bottom, Custom Built In-Feed Conveyor, Model M50 Granutech/Saturn Grizzly 200 H.P., Vibratory Out-Feed Conveyor, Cross-Belt/Self Cleaning Magnet, Stainless Steel Screw Auger Conveyor, Custom Built Out-Feed Conveyor, 15 H.P. Blower and Dust Collection System, and electrical control panel to operate this whole system.  Ready to ship within 4 weeks!
3. Model 122T Eldan Rasper Mobile Grinder: This is a complete system that is completely portable and consists of the following equipment. Custom Built Storage Hopper, Custom Built In-Feed Conveyor, Refurbished Model 122T Eldan 172 K.W., Custom Built Out-feed Conveyor, Cross-Belt/Self-cleaning Magnet, Custom Built Metal removing Conveyor that is bi-directional, Custom Built bi-directional out-feed conveyor, all this is mounted on a single drop triple axel trailer which we just put a new floor in.  Comes with electrical control panel to operate all of this equipment.  Ready to ship within 6 weeks!
4. Raptor Mini TG: We are offering this machine for sale as a stand-alone machine.  It is powered by a 200 H.P. Electric motor and is driven through a large heavy duty Falk Gear reducer.  This machine would work well for the secondary grinding of 2”-3” down to ¾” minus size rubber mulch and would work well to liberate the majority of the steel out of the product.  This unit will have the electrical control panel with it and be ready to be put into operation immediately.  Ready to ship within 3 weeks!
