Present 2” Tire Shredding Operation Expanding to Crumb Rubber System

We are currently building a customized crumb rubber system for a client to expand their tire shredding operation to process the chips they are presently making on down to various sizes of crumb rubber.

This system will utilized a Granutech M80 grizzly and a crackermill as the primary new tire chip shredding machines. In addition, the system will include almost three dozen conveyors we will custom build to handle material flow.

In addition to two other screens we will be providing, we will be custom building a large disc screen classifier to handle the large volume of shredded material for sizing. Multiple magnets, a bagging system, surge storage, an aspiration system and a complete bagging system will round out this system of over 60 new pieces of equipment, most of them built by us. And finally we will be custom building a paint line and drying system.

After the individual pieces are built, we will assemble this in our shop, build custom electrical control panels, and test run everything before it is shipped to the customer. Once everything is complete here, we will ship the pieces to the customer and assemble it onsite for them and instruct them on its operation and maintenance.
