Our company Unlimited Resources Corporation (URC) currently has for sale a complete whole tire down to 2” shredding system for sale. This system consist of everything you would need in the way of equipment to Recycle whole semi-truck and passenger size tires down to 2” nominal size tire chips. This system is made up of either completely refurbished pieces of equipment or new items such as all of the conveyors. Equipment list: Model 2400H SSI Shredding System
1. (NEW) Custom Built whole tire shredder in-feed conveyor. This conveyor is a flat top floor conveyor with sides and its 36” wide X 38’ long.
2. (Refurbished) Model 2400H SSI shredder set up as a split chamber machine so as to do both primary and secondary shredding. We’ve added a new SAI hydraulic motor to this machine that will allow the shredder to operate at 5,000 PSI instead of 3,000 PSI like it was shipped new from the factory with.
3. (New) Custom Built shredder stand with Custom Built catwalk around the whole shredder for ease of operation & maintenance.
4. (Refurbished) 200 H.P. hydraulic power pac designed to operate @ 5,000 PSI to power the Model 2400H SSI shredder.

6. (New) Custom Built shredder out-feed conveyor. This conveyor is a troughed top floor conveyor and its 36” wide X 29’ long.
7. (Refurbished) Bulk Handling Systems Rotary Disc Screen Classifier this unit is 42” wide X 10’ long and is set up to produce a 2” nominal size tire chip.
8. (Refurbished) Custom Built stand for the Bulk Handling System Rotary Disc Screen Classifier with Custom Built catwalk on one side for easy operation and maintenance.
9. (New) Custom Built short recirculating conveyor. This conveyor is a troughed top floor conveyor and its 28” wide X 7’ long.
10. (New) Custom Built long recirculating conveyor. This conveyor is a troughed top floor conveyor and its 30” wide X 37’ long.
11. (New) Custom Built sized material out-feed conveyor. This conveyor is a troughed top floor conveyor and its 30” wide X 36’ long.
This complete shredding system represents one of the best systems available at this time in the Industry today. We think that this system will allow you to easily recycle or shred tires for many years to come. Of course you will have to get the knives sharpened as you would with any other system, but otherwise it should give you many years of trouble free operation. And since we’ve bumped the hydraulic pressure from 3000 PSI up to 5,000 PSI you should easily be able to shred semi-truck tires as well. This system could easily be completed in a few weeks, because at this point have all the individual items built and just waiting to get the system all put together and test operated.
