MacSaturn is a leader in the tire shredder industry, and this MacSaturn 62x40HT is a mainstay of their line of tire shredders.  This shredder is set up as a primary, portable shredder, with 2 inch knives to produce a 2 inch strip at a rate of 4-5 ton per hour.  It can handle some semi tires, but it’s mostly a passenger tire shredder.

The shredder is on a triple axle trailer, and is powered with a Cat 3306 diesel engine.  It has a discharge conveyor but it needs to be loaded with an excavator.  It has been completely rewired and is ready to go to work.
