The Granutech-Saturn Model 50 Grizzly is a heavy-duty machine, powered by a 200 H.P. electric motor that in turn goes through a large heavy duty Falk drive that produces a rotor speed shaft of 150 RPM. The machine has 30 fly knives and 6 bed knives. The knife is a sawtooth style, maximizing the cutting area for the 50-inch rotor with a 1-inch screen in it.

It will process rubber, plastics, and some wire product, depending on the size of the input product.  The system will include a surge bin, in-feed conveyor, a small aspiration system for dust and debris removal and a S/S vibratory discharge conveyor. The machine has a 400 amp disconnect and a soft start and all the controls.
