One of the best, high torque shear shredders in the industry.  This stationary shredder will be powered by (4)-100 hp electric motors which will be completely rebuilt,  Those motors are direct coupled to  (4) Dennison hydraulic pumps which will also be rebuilt.  This shredder came out of the factory with KYB hydraulic motors but will be upgraded to SAI hydraulic motors. The gearbox was opened up and all the gears are in excellent condition, and the endplate bearings and seals will be replaced.  The shredder will have new hex shafts, new knives with 2 inch 2-hook in 2/3 of the chamber, and 1 ½ inch 12-hook knives in the recirculating portion of the chamber.

We will be using a refurbished Action screen classifier that is set up to provide a 2” nominal tire chip.

Comes with infeed, outfeed, & recirculating conveyors.  In addition we are furnishing all the stands, hoppers, and legs to make this a complete shredding system.
