Encore tire balers are highly regarded in the tire recycling industry.  This model EP100P portable waste tire baler is run by a 49 hp Deutz diesel engine.  The baler has twin 6” hydraulic compression rams, creating hydraulic operating pressure preset to 1800 psi.  This bale can handle about 100 car tires, and will be about 30” x 50” x 60”, weighing approximately a ton.

The Encore baler with 3 people is capable of averaging 4 bales an hour on a steady basis.
