CIMP is committed to developing machinery that maximizes processing speeds and minimizes energy consumption. The CIMP Granulator 1600 has a rotor that is 1600mm wide. It has a 200HP electric motor with 1in screens. This unit also included an under mill vibrating conveyer. The continental conveyor is a 20” by 30”. Includes a small drum magnet at the top end and a dust collector blower as well as an overband magnet. Also has a fiber removal vacuum system and the electrical panels and wiring are included. An extra set of knives are also included.

It can produce approximately 3500 to 4000 pounds per hour of clean material. The machine is currently being dismantled due to moving out of the shop but was running when it was still together.

This system can be sold as a package deal with a Zeno ZTLL for an additional $135,000
