This machine was purchased new by a Solid Waste Management Agency in Texas.  We brought the machine here to our shop and have basically refurbished the machine from top to bottom.  We put new liner plates in the hopper because whatever they had been bagging with it previously was corrosive and had caused the hopper to start rusting out.  We also re-spliced the conveyor belt because the splice was also starting to rust.  We installed a new belt driven North Star 5500 Watt generator set that is powered also from the Model D902 Kubota 3 cylinder diesel engine that shows 2009 hours and this same diesel motor powers all the hydraulic’s on the machine.  We also installed a new rolling bagging conveyor onto the back of this machine that is adjustable height wise by turning a manual winch.

We also installed a new pluse bag sealer .  Note: All the functions on this machine are operated hydraulicly with the exception of the bag sealer which is power off the generator set.  Note Also:  This machine has been primered and repainted and has new decals installed on it.
