TNP has developed a unique plant for processing waste material into carbon black and oil. This plant operated for 4 years and has been out of production for just under a year. This is a full plant including burner, feed hopper system, and various conveyors. This system will take 9 to 10 ton per hour of 2 inch chips and produce 2.8 barrels of oil per ton, or 25 to 28 barrels per day. This system is a continuous feed system, and also produces carbon black at a rate of 650 to 700 lbs an hour, or 7-8 ton per day.
This is very unique system, it’s the only compact plant of its kind, and can be set up in a building that is about 50 ft by 60 ft. In addition, it takes very little power to run it, making this system the most efficient pyrolysis plant available. It’s a great way for someone to get into pyrolysis without spending the millions of dollars it usually takes to get into this type of processing.
