Barclay is a leader in the tire shredding industry.  Their unique gear system allows the shredder, with a 50 hp electric motor, to get through tires at a rate of about 800 tires an hour.

This Barclay is a 2000 Barclay 6P, but was converted to a 4.9 in 2021.  The owner was going to put new knives on as needed but only got as far as taking off the knives.  It comes with about 200 spare knives and 150 bases.  Also, some gears and motors will go with the shredder.

It comes with a 60 ft discharge conveyor, and the manufacturer’s 6 ft wide infeed conveyor.
